we had a winter storm and as a result I had difficulty with my disability and 2 years old getting out at exactly checkout time. They were extremely understanding about my difficulties and we're more concerned about my wellbeing rather than the extra half hour it took. I'm a person who takes pride in being punctual, so I was grateful for their understanding
